Shipping
Each and every piece of my jewelry is handmade to order (I do have an extensive inventory and will let you know at time of order if immediately available), so please allow about a week for this process plus shipping time (standard shipping is about 3-5 days) for each order. Expedited orders are available(extra shipping charges apply) if necessary and stock on hand allows. I ship anywhere in the world using USPS (Priority), Federal Express or UPS. Standard shipping rates apply. Please advise at time of purchase if International shipping will be needed.
Returns & Exchanges
While it is my utmost goal to ensure that everyone is 100% pleased with a PG Designs piece created or purchased for them, I totally understand (and hope that you do as well) that things happen due to the nature of the materials used. If the piece is defective within 30 days of "normal" wear, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If the piece is a gift (lucky you) and there is a sizing issue, it will be resized or exchanged for a like item at no charge to you. I will do everything possible to ensure that your experience with me is pleasurable and that you leave totally satisfied AND even better, you refer me to your friends and family. I want to earn your trust and business for years to come. Repeat business and Referrals are what help keep you looking great AND help my business to grow.
